Goodbye Giman
I know I have ignored this space for such a long time!
Okay I so wanna blog about this beauty saloon that I had patronized for the longest time, like since 2006?! The reason why I stayed so long with them is not because of their service, nor their products, and definitely not because of their ever changing beauty therapists.
Giman, known as Modern Beauty when I signed up with them, has been on my blacklist for the longest time. They hardly gave me slots for me to go for my facials. And appointments made 1 month in advance had to be pushed further back whenever we approached our initial appointment date. Not forgetting their interrogating room where they coaxed you to sit down for some ginger tea, and those weak minded ones will be closed to buy another ‘value added’ package.
That is how I took such a long time to use up my $6k package. I hardly have my facials on time. There was this time my skin went hiatus for 5 months. It was so bad.
I am left with a $150 worth of package, which I am glad to forfeit due to all the past unpleasant experience I had. And guess what now? They actually called me to ask me if I want to do any facials for the next 2 days. I declined they even offered – how about the next few weeks?!
Gosh. So much for all the double standards. One moment I had a hard time getting a slot with you. And the next, you are telling me there’s so much flexibility after all!
Signing a package with them?
Think twice now.
