White Screen of Death
Horrors! A near death experience – my iPhone. I was momentarily crippled when the phone was locked at the ‘white screen of death’.
What the hell was that? I had no idea too. Apparently my phone was still functioning at the background. Phone rang when a call was made to my cell, and messages tones were heard when the Boy was replying me on Whatsapp.
Sob. The last thing I want on a day I am going to be out watching Jay Chou! Thank god for Google! And Youtube! And my office’s PC! Imagine i am on the go. *faint*
After some research, my problem was solved. Hee.
Thanks to the dude for his help. Some others were fakes! They recommended holding the sleep button for 10 seconds but apparently NOTHING happened, still that white glowing screen.
So a hard reset (sleep button and home button held on for 10 seconds) was done on my phone and viola, it finally reboot with the Apple logo. Reboot was unusually long though! Like 1 minute? But well, am glad it’s ok!
So exciting! 25 years of my life, my first concert tonight! I sound like a mountain tortoise. If only I’m watching A-Mei, I doubt I can sleep the night before!
